All federal NIMS compliance requirements will be phased in over the <br />next several months with full compliance to be achieved by <br />September 30, 2006. The minimum FY 2005 NIMS requirements to <br />be accomplished prior to September 30, 2005 include the following 5 <br />items. <br /> <br />i. Formally recognize the NIMS and adopt NIMS principles and <br />policies. The Board of County Commissioners for Seminole <br />County will formally adopt NIMS by Resolution. The County <br />Manager will issue a policy statement designating NIMS as <br />the basis for incident management. <br /> <br />22 <br />
