The following <br />individual came forward: <br /> <br />I) Hal Billerbeck, 531 Sundown Trail, stated he and his wife attended the public reception <br />and city manager interviews held September 9 and 10,2005, and they both felt Michael <br />Stampfler should be selected as the next City Manager. <br /> <br />Presentation: Colin Baenziger, Colin Baenziger & Associates, stated after meeting with the Personnel <br />Director and Interim City Manager an hour prior to tonight's meeting, it was agreed upon to bring <br />information contained within the City of Portage, Michigan's recruitment brochure, which may be interpreted <br />
