<br />for any person other than the city to do any <br />of the following: <br /> <br />(A) For any person other than the City or its Franchisee <br />to collect or transport solid waste or recyclable <br />materials for hire or remuneration of any kind. <br /> <br />(B) For any person other than the City or its Franchisee <br />to remove solid waste or recyclable materials from <br />any refuse bin, container, collection location or <br />curbside. <br /> <br />(C) To place solid waste or recyclable materials out <br />for collection in any location not serviced by the <br />franchisee or the City. <br /> <br />(D) To place or cause to be placed any solid waste upon <br />the property of another. <br /> <br />(E) To offer or authorize solid waste or recyclable <br />materials for collection by any person other than <br />the Franchisee or the city. However, voluntary and <br />non-profit organizations may collect recyclable <br />materials, provided that such materials are not <br />removed from containers after placement for collec- <br />tion by the Franchisee or the city. <br /> <br />(F) To do any act prohibited or fail to do any act <br />required by this Chapter or by regulations adopted <br />pursuant to section 93.05. <br /> <br />(G) To withhold payment or not conform to the "Solid <br />Waste Rate Resolution." <br /> <br />SECTION 7. Penalties for Offenses. <br /> <br />(I) Any person engaged in the business of collec- <br />ting waste or rendering solid waste services, <br />who is not authorized by the city, shall be <br />guilty of a violation, punishable in accordance <br />with Section 10.99 of the Code of Ordinances <br />of the City of Casselberry. <br /> <br />(2) The violation of sections 93.05 or 93.12 shall be <br />punishable, as follows: <br /> <br />6 <br />
