Parcels determined to be a "subdivision enhancement lot" are 1.0 <br />ERU and will be assessed $30.50. Parcels determined to be an "abutting lot" are 1.25 ERU's and will be <br />assessed $38.13. This is an annual assessment that will continue during the life of the wall. Staff <br />recommended approval of Resolution 05-1608. <br /> <br />Public Hearing: One (I) audience comment request form was received for Resolution 05-1608. The <br />following individual came forward: <br /> <br />I) Karime Luna, 94 Mark David Court, inquired if the affected residents will have to <br />continue to pay maintenance on the wall when and if its demolished for the construction of <br />the Red Bug Lake Road flyover. Mr. Wells responded that the related service assessment <br />would be in place for the life ofthe wall. It was clarified that the related service assessment <br />would be reduced if a portion of the wall is demolished until it was reconstructed. <br /> <br />No one else came forward. Mayor Goff closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Doerner moved to approve Resolution <br />05-1608 as presented. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Hufford.
