COMMISSION REPORTSIREQUESTS <br /> <br />Commissioner Susan Doerner - Seat # 1: <br />· No report. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kathy Cook - Seat #2: <br />Voiced concerns regarding the possible future redevelopment of the golf course. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Cook moved to authorize the City <br />Attorney to pursue the necessary title searches to <br />obtain a history of deed restrictions on the golf course <br />property. Motiou was seconded by Commissioner <br />Doeruer. <br /> <br />Discussion on Motion: Mr. Segreto stated he already requested the City Attorney pursue preliminary <br />research in order to protect the interest of the City with reference to this matter. <br />The research will include title history for deed restrictions, and a history of the <br />comprehensive plan elements, future land use, and zoning of the property. <br /> <br />MOTION WITHDRAWN: Commissioner Cook withdrew the motion from consideration. <br /> <br />· <br /> <br />Requested information regarding a reference on the City Attorney's biIl to a garbage and stormwater <br />assessment. Mr. Segreto stated staff was researching the possibility of doing a non-ad valorem <br />assessment for both garbage and the stormwater utility. <br /> <br />Commissioner CoIIeen Hufford - Seat #4: <br />· No report. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Linda Hart - Seat #3: <br />Reported that she has received several phone calls from residents who were concerned about the new <br />site plan for the Lisa Merlin group home on Plumosa Avenue. <br /> <br />Mayor Bob Goff - Seat #5: <br />· No report. <br /> <br />13.
