Commissioner Hufford stated she felt the office residential designation on Concord Drive would offer a good transition for the area. MOTION: Commissioner Hufford moved to approve Ordinance 05-1169 on first reading as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Doerner. Motion carried 4 - 1 (Commissioner Cook dissenting) by voice vote. Next Public Hearing Date: The second reading and public hearing date for Ordinance 05-1169 will be set after review and approval by the Florida Department of Community of Affairs. B. PUBLIC HEARING & FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE 05- 1170 - ZB 05-03 - OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AMENDMENT The City Clerk read Ordinance 05-1170 by title as follows: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE OFFICIAL ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS FOR THOSE SPECIFIC PARCELS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE "WESTSIDE SMALL AREA STUDY CONCEPTUAL PLAN:" PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Legal Advertising: The notice of public hearing relative to Ordinance 05-117Owas published in the Orlando Sentinel on July 24,2005. Staff Presentation: Mr. Wells stated Ordinance 05-1170 provides for administrative amendments to the Official Zoning Map classifications of the properties as identified by the Westside SmalI Area Study Conceputal Plan, which was approved by the City Commission on January 10, 2005. There are 62 separate parcels totaling 42.55 acres, subject to Ordinance 05-1170. The proposed Official Zoning Map classifications will correspond to existing or proposed Future Land Use Map designations contained in Ordinance 05-1169. The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of Ordinance 05-1170 at its July 13, 2005 meeting. Staff recommended approval of Ordinance 05-1170 on first reading as presented. Public Hearing: No audience comment request forms were received for Ordinance 05-1170. Mayor Goff closed the public hearing. MOTION: Commissioner Doerner moved to approve Ordinance 05-1170 on first reading as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hufford. Motion carried 4 - 1 (Commissioner Cook dissenting) by voice vote.
