Motion carried <br />4 - 1 (Commissioner Cook dissenting) by voice vote. <br /> <br />Next Public Hearing Date: The second reading and public hearing date for Ordinance 05-1169 will be set <br />after review and approval by the Florida Department of Community of Affairs. <br /> <br />B. PUBLIC HEARING & FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE 05- 1170 - ZB 05-03 - <br />OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 05-1170 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE <br />IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; <br />ESTABLISHING THE OFFICIAL ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS FOR THOSE SPECIFIC <br />PARCELS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH THE "WESTSIDE SMALL AREA STUDY CONCEPTUAL PLAN:" PROVIDING <br />FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Legal Advertising: The notice of public hearing relative to Ordinance 05-117Owas published in the Orlando <br />Sentinel on July 24,2005. <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Mr. Wells stated Ordinance 05-1170 provides for administrative amendments to the <br />Official Zoning Map classifications of the properties as identified by the Westside SmalI Area Study <br />Conceputal Plan, which was approved by the City Commission on January 10, 2005. There are 62 separate <br />parcels totaling 42.55 acres, subject to Ordinance 05-1170. The proposed Official Zoning Map <br />classifications will correspond to existing or proposed Future Land Use Map designations contained in <br />Ordinance 05-1169. The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of Ordinance 05-1170 at <br />its July 13, 2005 meeting. Staff recommended approval of Ordinance 05-1170 on first reading as presented. <br /> <br />Public Hearing: No audience comment request forms were received for Ordinance 05-1170. Mayor Goff <br />closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Doerner moved to approve Ordinance <br />05-1170 on first reading as presented. Motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Hufford.
