<br />documentation of his/her compensation from the <br />military. <br /> <br />3. All City benefits will continue as if the <br />employee were still actively employed with the City; <br />however, all insurance benefits will be subject to the <br />terms and conditions contained in policies of <br />insurance and/or insurance plan documents. <br /> <br />4. These provisions will remain in effect until <br />October 1, 2003. The City Commission may review and <br />continue these provisions for an additional six (6) <br />months. <br /> <br />5. These benefits apply only in case of Federal <br />mobilization of forces. <br /> <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of <br />Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this <br />Resolution are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of <br />a Section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, <br />or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or <br />impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or <br />part of this Resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. Effective Date.
