RESOLUTION 05-1605 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT FOR FINANCIAL STATEMENT PREPARATION WITH JUNE LORAH; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry desires to enter into a contract with June Lorah for independent financial statement preparation for the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report; and WHEREAS, the purpose ofthis contract is to prepare financial statements, schedules and technical review of the submission for the GovernmentFinance Officers Association Certificate of Achievement; and WHEREAS, the City Commission ofthe City of Casselberry, Florida, authorizes the execution of the contract between the City and June Lorah for a period of one-year. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That June Lorah shall be compensated for such services in the amount $45 per hour not to exceed $4,500. SECTION II. The Mayor of the City of Casselberry is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City; agreement is attached to and incorporated herein as Attachment A. SECTION III. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION IV. Severability. ¡fany Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution.
