The credit <br />agreement allows a credit toward purchase of one of the two lots based on market value of the new <br />industrial lots times the square footage of the City parcel that was to be transferred to C.F.E. (6,307.7 <br />square feet). The City Attorney prepared and has approved all changes to the agreement. Staff <br />recommended approval of Resolution 05-1589. <br /> <br />Audience Participation: No audience comment request forms were received for this item. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Doerner moved to approve Resolution 05-1589 as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hufford. Motion carried <br />unanimonsly by voice vote. <br /> <br />H. RESOLUTION 05-1590 - CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH ARCADlS G & M <br />FOR SEMINOLE COUNTY WATER SUPPLY PLAN <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 05-1590 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE <br />EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE SEMINOLE COUNTY <br />WATER SUPPLY PLAN 2025 WITH ARCADIS G&M, INC.; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Mr. Goucher stated Resolution 05-1590 provides for a contract with Arcadis G&M, <br />Inc. for the preparation of the Seminole County Water Supply Plan 2025. Funding for this project is <br />provided by the St. Johns River Water Management District, and will not require any City funding. Staff <br />recommended approval of Resolution 05-1590. <br /> <br />Audience Participation: No audience comment request forms were received for this item. <br /> <br />Commission Discussion: Commissioner Cook voiced concerns regarding payment turnaround time <br />language contained on page II of the contract. Mrs. Reischmann stated she felt that was standard <br />language coming from the Prompt Payment Act, but she could clarify that language with the consultant. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Doerner moved to approve Resolution 05-1590, subject to <br />clarification ofturnaround time language on page 11 ofthe contract by the <br />City Attorney with Arcadis G&M, Inc. Motion was seconded by Vice <br />Mayor Hart. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />I. RESOLUTION 05-1591 JOINT PLANNING AGREEMENT WITH FDOT FOR <br />MEDIAN UPGRADES ON U.S. HIGHWAY 17-92 <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 05-1591 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO ENTER INTO THE JOINT <br />PLANNING AGREEMENT RELATING TO LANDSCAPE & IRRIGATION INSTALLATION OF A <br />PORTION OF STATE ROAD 15/600 U.S. HIGHWAY 17-92 WITH THE STATE OF FLORIDA <br />DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />
