Regular Meeting <br />Page 14 of 19 <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Mr. Segreto stated Resolution 05-1564 provides for a Utility Commitment Agreement <br />with John M. Hartman for a parcel of land recently annexed into the City on Marion Lane. Mr. Hartman <br />intends to divide the parcel into three single family residential lots. The City's portion of the capacity is 82% <br />at a cost of$75,832.l3. Staff has reviewed the construction costs, pro rata calculations and proposed Utility <br />Commitment Agreement and recommended approval of Resolution 05-1564. <br /> <br />Audience Participation: No audience comment request forms were received for Resolution 05-1564. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Doerner moved to approve Resolution <br />05-1564 as presented. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Hufford. Motion carried unanimously <br />by voice vote. <br /> <br />J. RESOLUTION 05-1565 - THIRD RENEWAL OF THE HlGHWAY <br />MAINTENANCE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE FLORIDA <br />DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 05-1565 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THECITYOF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE <br />EXECUTION OF THE THIRD RENEWAL OF THE HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE <br />MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRANSPORTATION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Mr. Segreto stated Resolution 05-1565 provides for the third renewal of the Highway <br />Memorandum of Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for maintenance on that part of <br />the State Highway System within the city limits (State Road 436 and U.S. Highway 17-92). Staff <br />recommended approval of Resolution 05-l565 as presented. <br /> <br />Audience Participation: No audience comment request forms were received for Resolution 05-1565. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Hufford moved to approve Resolution <br />05-1565 as presented.
