RESOLUTION 05-1557 - REVISING THE SPECIAL INVOICE REPORT POLICY <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 05-1557 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, REVISING THE <br />SPECIAL INVOICE REPORT POLICY; DEFINING THE APPROVAL PROCESS AND <br />ESTABLISHING NEW GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTING INVOICES FOR APPROVAL; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Mr. Clifton stated Resolution 05-1557 provides for revisions to the Special Invoice <br />Report policy to streamline the report to include only attorneys' invoices, and change orders or final payment <br />on a project in excess of 5% of the total project. Staffrecommended approval fo Resolution 05-1557 as <br />presented. <br /> <br />Audience Participation: No audience comment request forms were received for this item. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Hufford moved to approve Resolution <br />05-1557 as presented. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Doerner. Motion carried unanimously <br />by voice vote. <br /> <br />H. RESOLUTION 05-1558 - FORMATION OF A LAKES MANAGEMENT <br />ADVISORY BOARD <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 05-1558 read Resolution 05-1558 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, CREATING A <br />LAKES MANAGEMENT ADVISORY BOARD TO ADVISE THE CITY COMMISSION <br />ON SURFACE W A TERMANAGEMENTRELA TED ISSUES AND POLICIES, WHOSE <br />STRUCTURE AND DUTIES ARE MORE SPECIFICALLY DEFINED AS ATTACHED <br />IN "EXHffiIT A"; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE <br />DATE." <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Mr. Segreto stated Resolution 05-1558 provides for creation of a Lakes Management <br />Advisory Board comprised of a minimum of five and a maximum of ten members who are City residents to <br />evaluate issues relating to the surface water resources of the City. No more than two members of the Board <br />may own and/or live on lakefront property along the same lake. Of the maximum ten available positions, <br />five of the members shall not be required to own and live on lakefront property. Staff recommended approval <br />of Resolution 05-1558 as presented. <br /> <br />Audience Participation: No audience comment request forms were received for this item. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Doerner moved to approve Resolution <br />05-1558 as presented.
