<br />data and analysis, and after complete deliberation, hereby finds the requested change <br /> <br /> <br />consistent with the City of Casselberry's Comprehensive Plan; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, words with double und§rlined type shall constitute additions to the <br /> <br /> <br />original text and strike through shall constitute deletions to the original text. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: The Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry Part III, Article <br /> <br />X, Subsection (A)(1) of Section 3-10.9, "Parking of vehicles in residential districts" is <br /> <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 3-10.9. Parking of vehicles in residential districts <br /> <br />A. General requirements. The parking of commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles <br />and vessels, and camping vehicles in residential districts shall be regulated as follows: <br /> <br />1. Commercial vehicles. Commercial vehicles are defined as those vehicles <br />that have business related advertising on the exterior and are used for commercial or <br />industrial purposes. Commercial vehicles include farm or industrial equipment, buses, <br />wreckers, as well as sedans, pick-ups and vans. <br /> <br />a. Vohiolos uocd for oommercial purposo!) Commercial vehicles that are either <br />equal to or exceed 6,000 pounds gross weight or are equal to or greater than 20 <br />feet in length: <br /> <br />1. Shall not be parked in any rosidential distriot overnight. <br /> <br />1. Shall not be parked at any time in any residential district unless <br />Clc-tually activelv engaged in temporary or service work on the premises. <br /> <br />b. Commercial V:yehicles less than 6,000 pounds gross weight and/or less <br />than 20 feet in length: <br /> <br />1. May park ovemight on residential property. <br /> <br />2.
