<br />CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of November 8, 2004 - Regular Meeting <br />Page 9 of9 <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Cook moved to cancel the December 27, <br />2004 Regular City Commission meeting. Motion was <br />seconded by Vice Mayor Hart. Motion carried <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />Made further reference to Mr. Clifton's November 8, 2004 inter-office memorandum with regard <br />to scheduling a work session to address City Commission organizational issues and legislative <br />priorities. Commission consensus was to scbedule a work session for Monday, November 15, <br />2004 at 7:00 p.m. <br />Encouraged City Commission members to utilize the Commission/Staff Reports portion of the <br />agenda to bring up matters they wish to discuss or have put on a future agenda for consideration. <br /> <br />Frank W. Clifton, Jr. - City Manager; <br /> <br />Reported on his recent dispute resolution meeting with the County Manager and Deputy County <br />Attorney regarding recent County Charter Amendment. <br />. Requested Mayor Goff and Commissioner Hufford contact his office to set up appointments with <br />the various department heads. <br /> <br />Catherine Reischmann - City Attorney: <br /> <br />.
