COMMISSION/STAFF REPORTS <br /> <br />Commissioner Susan Doerner - Seat # I: <br /> <br />Extended best wishes to Bruce Pronovost and AI Clark and expressed appreciation for their work <br />on the City Commission. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kathy Cook - Seat #2: <br /> <br />· Distributed copies of a doctor's note pertaining to the medical condition of Robert Newham, who <br />had previously made a request for a medical exception regarding parking his commercial vehicle at <br />his residence during lunch while he is resting. <br />· Inquired what the next step in the process was for the proposed revisions to the commercial vehicle <br />parking codes since the Planning & Zoning Commission did not recommend approval of the <br />revisions. Mr. Clifton stated the proposed ordinance will be brought to the City Commission for <br />consideration on fIrst reading at the next regular meeting. <br />Acknowledged receipt of a letter of commendation from the Sausalito Homeowners Association for <br />Judi Romboli, Executive Assistant to City Manager, for her assistance with their group relating to <br />post hurricane debris removal. <br />Stated based on the information she had received from Ms. Vivo, the percentages of increase for the <br />City Manager and City Clerk were off by one half percent. Mr. Clifton stated he did not why there <br />was discrepancy and would have Ms. Vivo review the matter and make any necessary corrections. <br /> <br />Commissioner Colleen Hufford - Seat #4: <br /> <br />· <br /> <br />Expressed appreciation to the members of the Planning & Zoning Commission and staff of the <br />Community Development Department. <br />Extended best wishes to Bruce Pronovost and AI Clark and expressed appreciation for the work on <br />the City Commission. <br />Congratulated Commissioner Hart on her appointment as Vice Mayor. <br />Thanked her mother, husband, children and friends for their support and sacrifices made for her <br />election campaign. <br />Stated she was looking forward to serving on the City Commission. <br /> <br />· <br /> <br />· <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Linda Hart - Seat #3: <br /> <br />· <br /> <br />Expressed gratitude for her appointment as Vice Mayor. <br />Extended best wishes to Bruce Pronovost and Al Clark and expressed appreciation for the work on <br />the City Commission. <br />Congratulated Mayor Goff and Commissioner Hufford on their election to office and stated she was <br />looking forward to working with them on the City Commission. <br /> <br />· <br /> <br />Mayor Bob Goff - Seat #5: <br /> <br />· <br /> <br />Referenced Mr. Clifton's November 8, 2004 inter-office memorandum to the City Commission <br />regarding the upcoming City Commission meeting schedule. Requested consideration of <br />cancellation of the December 27, 2004 meeting as recommended by the City Manager. <br />
