X, Section 3-10.9, "Parking of vehicles in residential districts" is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 3-10.9. Parking of vehicles in residential districts A. General requirements. The parking of commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles and vessels, and camping vehicles in residential districts shall be regulated as follows: 1 . Commercial vehicles. Commercial vehicles are defined as those vehicles that have business related advertising on the exterior and are used for commercial or industrial purposes. Commercial vehicles include farm or industrial equipment, buses, wreckers, as well as sedans, pick-ups and vans. a. Vehisles blSSS for ceFRFRoFGial purßeses Commercial vehicles that are either equal to or exceed 6,000 pounds gross weight or are equal to or greater than 20 feet in length: 1 . Shall not be parked at any time in any residential district unless aotually active Iv engaged in temporary or service work on the premises. b. Commercial V.yehicles less than 6,000 pounds gross weight and/or less than 20 feet in length: 1. May park overnight on residential property. 2. Only one commercial vehicle per residence is permitted. d. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinance of the City of Casselberry, Florida; that the Sections of this Ordinance may be renumbered or re- Ordinance No. 04-1151 Page 2 of 3
