CASSELBERRV ClTV COMMtSSION Minutes of January 16, 10ß5 - Regular Meeting Page 17 of 18 Commissioner Colleen Hufford - Seat #4: Stated she has been interrupted four (4) times since she has been a City Commissioner and voiced concerns regarding the Mayor's leadership skills and requested that he guide the Commission rather than try to control the Commission as presiding officer of the body. Vice Mayor Linda Hart - Seat #3: · Reported there was a presentation on the Altamonte Springs downtown area being constructed near Crane's Roost and another presentation on the Public Safety Training Complex at the last CALNO meeting. Noted Casselberry is hosting the next CALNO meeting on Wednesday, February 2, 2005. Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. and the meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Bob Goff - Seat #5: No report. XI. STAFF REPORTS Frank Clifton - City Manager: · Noted a networking meeting for Seminole County and City Commissioners has been tentatively scheduled by Seminole County on January 27,2005. Distributed a first draft of proposed parliamentary procedures to the City Commission for review. Proposed consideration of scheduling a work session for either February 21" or March 7th to discuss Fire Department response issues and parliamentary procedures. Requested the City Commission set the date of the work session at the next regular meeting. Noted the County's consultant for the Red Bug Lake RoadlSR 436 overpass will be making a presentation on the project to the City Commission at the January 24, 2005 meeting. · Noted the Florida Department of Transportation has scheduled a community meeting regarding changes in the stormwater pond location for the SR 436/U.S. Highway 17-92 overpass for February 3, 2005 at 6 p.m. in the Police Station Multi-Purpose Room.
