City of Orlando Cooperative Purchase Agreement - Demolition Services <br />Belle A venue Property <br /> <br />$ 17,900.00 <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: No staff presentation was given. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Hart moved to approve the Special Invoice <br />and Minor Contracts/Amendments Authorization <br />Report dated January 10,2005 as presented. Motion <br />was seconded by Commissioner Hufford. <br /> <br />Audience Participation: One (I) audience comment request form was submitted for the Special Invoice and <br />Minor Contracts/Amendments Authorization Report. The following individual came forward: <br /> <br />I) John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, inquired how many vehicles were being <br />purchased. Mr. Dreier indicated that a total of six vehicles approved in the current budget <br />were being purchased. <br /> <br />Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />B. RESOLUTION 05-1551 - AWARD OF BID TO CENTRAL FLORIDA <br />ENVIRONMENTAL FOR HELEN STREET SANITARY SEWER PROJECT <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 05-1551 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING <br />CENTRAL FLORIDA ENVIRONMENTAL, INC. TO PROVIDE THE HELEN STREET <br />SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTION SERVICES; PROVIDING <br />FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTWE DATE." <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Mr. Segreto stated Resolution 05-155 I provides for award for Project No. 0502, Helen <br />Street Sanitary Sewer Improvements to the low bidder, Central Florida Environmental, Inc. in the amount <br />of$164,918.00. Staff recommended approval of Resolution 05-1551 as presented. <br /> <br />Audience Participation: No audience comment request forms were received for Resolution 05-1551. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Hart moyed to approve Resolution 05-1551 <br />as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Doerner. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />
