CITY OF CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION The City Commission ofthe City of Casselberry held a meeting Monday, September 27,2004 at 7:00 p.m., Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: Bruce Pronovost, Mayor/Commissioner - Seat #5 Al Clark, Vice Mayor/Commissioner - Seat #4 Linda Hart, Commissioner - Seat #3 Kathy Cook, Commissioner - Seat #2 Susan Doerner, Commissioner - Seat #1 STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Frank W. Clifton, Jr., City Manager Thelma McPherson, City Clerk Catherine Reischrnann, City Attorney Donna Gardner, Staff Assistant to City Commission & City Clerk Jeffrey Dreier, Finance Director Mitch Floyd, Fire Chief Matthew Fortini, Parks & Recreation Director Don Harkins, Deputy Fire Chief Bill McNeil, Police Deputy Chief John Pavlis, Police Chief Leonard Pollard, inventory Control Clerk Tony Segreto, Public Works Director Susan Vernon-Devlin, Community Relations Coordinator Cristina Vivo, Personnel Director Richard Wells, Community Development Director Mayor Pronovost called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. Vice Mayor Clark led the invocation and the Pledge of Allegiance. Mrs. McPherson called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. MOTION: Vice Mayor Clark moved to add item (e), Emergency Authorization for Police Department Roof Repairs; (t), Authorization for Payment of Compensatory Time to Non Bargaining Exempt Staff of up to 40 Hours Worked During Hurricane Jeanne; and (g), Emergency Purchase from Ring Power Under State Contract/Additional Capital Outlay Grapple Attachment for Skid Loader, to the Consent Agenda for consideration. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Doerner. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
