<br />City Commission Meeting <br />September 13,2004 <br />Page 8 <br /> <br />6) Phyllis Sheppard, 580 S. Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, FL, complimented the City on storm and <br />debris removal. The City did an outstanding job. She also stated support for the Summerset Wall. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />The following items were presented for approval on the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />a) Approval of Minutes for City Commission of July 26, 2004 <br /> <br />b) Approval of Grant Application for Florida's Urban and Community Forestry Grant <br />(Parks Department) Maximum Funding $15,000.00 <br /> <br />c) Revisions to the Senior Citizen Multipurpose Center Advisory Board By-Laws <br />(Attached to and made a part of these Minutes) <br /> <br />Moved by Vice Mayor/Commissioner AI Clark that the Consent Agenda be <br />approved as submitted. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Susan <br />Doerner and carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />REGULAR AGENDA <br /> <br />1. SDeciallnvoice and Minor Contracts/Amendments AuthorizatioD ReDort <br /> <br />Pursuant to Resolution 650, Section Three, invoice information regarding consulting fees for contracts <br />underway, attorney fees or final payments on construction invoice amounts or projects in excess of$25,000 <br />are to be presented to the Commission prior to payment. Also, policy adopted April 17, 1995 by the <br />Commission allows Minor Contracts/Amendments to be presented as part of this report.
