<br />associated debris removal, as well as miscellaneous expenditures made during the initial period of <br />the public state of weather emergency is attached to this resolution as "Exhibit B". <br /> <br />SECTION 4: The City Commission hereby confirms the necessity of any and all closures of City <br />facilities during and after the public state of weather emergency due to impacts of the hurricane on <br />the various facilities and structures, and/or the necessity to utilize those facilities and/or structures <br />for any ongoing storm recovery operations. <br /> <br />SECTION 5: The City Commission hereby confirms the actions taken by staff of the City of <br />Casselberry for emergency capacity procurement procedures through various agencies of Seminole <br />County, the State of Florida and Federal Emergency Management Act (FEMA). Most costs <br />associated with these efforts will be reimbursed under FEMA at some point in the future. The <br />City Manager will give periodic updates of these expenditures as they are encumbered at <br />future City Commission meetings. <br /> <br />SECTION 6: Effective Date.
