<br />CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of August 9, 2004 ~ Regular Meeting <br />Page 5 of 13 <br /> <br />Brian Lima <br />Rubier Orozco <br />Kyle Perez <br />Matthew Powell <br />Steven Serocke <br />Colton Stone <br /> <br />The team presented Mayor Pronovost, Mr. Clifton and Mr. Fortini with baseballs autographed by the <br />members of the team. <br /> <br />Mayor Pronovost declared a recess at 7:46 p.m. The meeting was reconvened at 7:51 p.m. <br /> <br />AUDIENCE P ARTICIP A TION <br /> <br />Mayor Pronovost asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to request participation on any <br />agenda item, or address the Commission on any other matter. The following individuals came forward: <br /> <br />I) John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, requested an opportunity to address Regular <br />Agenda items (2), Resolution 04-1512, and (3), Resolution 04-1513. Mr. Casselberry voiced <br />concerns regarding muck in the Triplet chain oflakes and requested the City test the water <br />for pollutants from possible reclaimed water infiltration. Mr. Casselberry voiced concerns <br />regarding advice given by the City Attorney regarding a court order prohibiting him from <br />discussing any business relating to Casselberry Iovestment Properties (CIP). Mr. Casselberry <br />voiced concerns regarding Resolution 822 and possible conflicts with the City Charter, and <br />specifically voiced objections to the changing ofthe meeting time from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />2) Win Adams, 105 Springwood Place, Altamonte Springs, requested an opportunity to <br />address Regular Agenda item (3), Resolution 04-1513. <br /> <br />No one else came forward. Mayor Pronovost closed Audience Participation. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />The following items were presented for approval on the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />a) Minutes of June 28, 2004 and July 12,2004 <br /> <br />b) Consideration of Beverage Permit - Parks & Recreation Department <br /> <br />Date Night at the Art House <br /> <br />August 18, 2004 <br />
