Agreement for Professional Services - Prosecution of Ordinance Violations <br /> <br />$ 50.00 <br />Per Hour <br /> <br />Audience Participation: <br /> <br />1) John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, inquired ifthere were any deed restrictions <br />regarding the Summerset Wall. It was noted there are no deed restrictions for the <br />Summerset North subdivision. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to approve the Special <br />Invoice and Minor Contracts/Amendments <br />Authorization Report dated June 28, 2004 as <br />presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Doerner. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />2. RESOLUTION 04-1499 - OWNER'S CONSENT AND COVENANT OF THE <br />SEMINOLE COUNTY APPROVAL DEVELOPMENT ORDER FOR THE <br />HUNTERFIELD ROAD WATER TREATMENT FACILITY <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to read Resolution 04-1499 <br />by title only. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Hart. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 04-1499 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO ENTER INTO AN <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE HUNTERFIELD WATER <br />FACILITY WITH SEMINOLE COUNTY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Mr. Segreto stated Resolution 04-1499 provides for execution of the Owner's Consent <br />and Covenant of Seminole County Approval Development Order # 03-32000037, a special exemption <br />granted to allow the development of the Hunterfield Water Facility in a residentially zoned area. Staff <br />recommended approval of Resolution 04-1499. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to approve Resolution 04- <br />1499 as presented. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Hart. Motion carried unanimously by <br />voice vote. <br />
