Mrs. Reischmann <br />stated Pathways to Care was seeking a minor amendment to their development order to allow one <br />drive take a few people to an off site treatment location and not have to accompany the people for <br />the entire visit. Mr. Wells stated that requested amendment would be brought to the Planning & <br />Zoning Commission at their next meeting. <br />· Voiced concerns regarding the expanding homeless population throughout Casselberry. Chief Pavlis <br />stated his department was taking enforcement steps to try and address the issue within the provisions <br />of State Statutes and City Codes. <br />· Noted she had received several compliments from her neighbors regarding the Art House. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kathy Cook - Seat #2: <br /> <br />Voiced concerns regarding hearing about the proposed transferring of some of the City's animal <br />control services to Seminole County from citizens before being notified by the City. Mr. Segreto <br />and Chief Pavlis explained that the matter of reduction of staff and animal control services offered <br />by the City is part of the proposed budget which will be distributed to the City Commission on July <br />1, 2004, and will be discussed in detail during the upcoming budget workshops. Further explained <br />that as a part of the planning process for the recommendation, the City Manager had sent a <br />communication to the County Manager regarding the matter and in turn, the County Manager <br />recently discussed the issue with the County Commission at a meeting which was aired on SGTV. <br /> <br />Commissioner Linda Hart - Seat #3: <br /> <br />· No report. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Al Clark· Seat #4: <br /> <br />· No report. <br /> <br />Mayor Bruce Pronovost - Seat #5: <br /> <br />· Requested the Code Enforcement Division to stay on top of enforcement regarding political <br />campaign signage for the upcoming primary and general elections. <br /> <br />Thelma McPherson - City Clerk: <br /> <br />· Reported the City Clerk's Office has been working diligently on preparations for the July 13,2004 <br />Referendum Special Election for the annexation of Lake Howell Arms Condominiums. Noted the <br />Canvassing Board had been appointed and consisted of Mayor Pronovost, Karen Almond (citizen) <br />and herself, with Ms. Reischmann serving as legal counsel as needed. Noted the testing of the <br />tabulating equipment would be conducted at the Supervisor of Elections Office on June 30, 2004 at <br />9:00 a.m. Further noted the Canvassing Board will meet on July 13, 2004 at 6:30 p.m. at the <br />Supervisor of Elections Office. <br />· Noted anyone required to file Form 1 Financial Disclosure Forms must do so by July 1,2004. <br /> <br />Donna Gardner - Staff Assistant to City Commission & City Clerk: <br />
