An ordinance of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida providing for a referendum election and ballot language including a non-binding <br />referendum relating to awarding a thirty year franchise to Progress Energy Florida, Incorporated <br />or the potential acquisition of the electric distribution system owned by the, owned by Progress <br />Energy Florida, Incorporated, within the corporate limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida; <br />providing for the conduct of an election; providing for City Clerk responsibilities and <br />coordination with the Seminole County Supervisor of Elections; providing for notice and the <br />Mayor's Proclamation of the November 4, 2003 election; providing for severability; providing <br />for repeal of prior inconsistent ordinances and providing for an effective date. <br /> <br /> <br />
