The Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance were led by Vice Mayor/ <br />Commissioner Al Clark. <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION <br /> <br />Mayor Pronovost read a proclamation designating the week of May 18 - 24, 2003 as National <br />Public Works Week. The proclamation was presented to Tony Segreto, Public Works Director. <br /> <br /> <br />
