City Commission Meeting April 28, 2003 Page 13 MOTION: Moved by Vice Mayor/Commissioner A! Clark that Ordinance 03-1083, Code Amendment re Utility Late Fees, be approved on first reading. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Susan Doerner and carried unanimously by roll call vote. The Public Hearing will be scheduled for June 9, 2003. 8. Appointment of Representative South Seminole & North orange County Wastewater Transmission Authority MOTION: Moved by Commissioner Susan Doerner to appoint Commissioner Kathy Cook to represent the City as a member of the South Seminole & North Orange County Wastewater Transmission Authority (SSNOCWTA). The motion seconded by Commissioner Linda Hart and carried unanimously by voice vote. 9. Site Plan Extension (SPR 03-06) and Preliminary Plat Extension (SP 03-03) for Casselberry Center Staff Presentation - SPR 03-06 and SP 03-02 are requests from Casselberry Investment Properties to accomplish an extension for a previously approved site plan and preliminary plat for property located south of Triplet Lake Drive and 17~92. It was originally approved in April 2001 and both plat and site plan received an extension of one (1) year. The owners are requesting approval for another year. The Planning and Zoning Commission who recommended six (6) months. StaffRecommendation - Approval of a six (6) month extension. Audience Input - 1 ) Rosemary O' Shea, Attorney with Baker and Hostettler, asked the Commission to grant the request for another one (I) year extension. 2) John Casselberty, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, asked the Commission to grant the one (1) year extension. MOTION: Moved by Vice Mayor Al Clark to grant a six (6) month extension for Casselberry Center Site Plan and Preliminary Plat. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Linda Hart and carried unanimously by voice vote.
