The motion was seconded by Commissioner Linda Hart and carried unanimously by voice vote. 7. Resolution 03-1409 - Cellular Telephone Policy MOTION: Moved by Vice Mayor/Commissioner Al Clark that Resolution 03- 1079, Cellular Telephone Policy, be read by title only. The motion was seconded hy Commissioner Doerner and carried unanimously by voice vote. The City Clerk read Resolution 03-1409 by title as follows: "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A CITY CELLULAR TELEPHONE USE AND PAYMENT POLICY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." MOTION: Moved by Vice Mayor/Commissioner Al Clark that Resolution 03- 1409, Cellular Telephone Policy, be approved as submitted.
