City Commission Meeting February 24, 2003 Page 5 adopted April 17, 1995 by the Commission allows Minor Contracts/Amendments to be presented as part of this report. Adult Entertainment Ordinance - 01/03 Inv. # 12580 Pauline Koziara/Seminole Entertainment - 01/03 - Inv. 12582 Christy McKee Morgan and Pinter - 01/03 - Inv. 12579 Writ of Certiorari 5th DCA Seminole Entertainment 01/03 - Inv. 12581 $ 1,185.50 $ 2,813.00 $ 4,600.15 $ 2,029.50 Muller Mintz Labor Attorney Services 01/03 - Inv. 27073 $ 613.32 Commissioner Cook requested the following items regarding the GrayHarris invoice. Page 3 - List of participants at the meeting on January 23, 2003. Page 4 - Back up material on January 16, 2003 charge for hotel and lodging Page 5 - Back up material on February 12, 2003 for travel expenses The City Attorney stated that the meeting on January 23, 2003 was attended by Tom Cloud, Tony Segreto, Catherine Reiscbanann, Jerry Warren and Mayor Brace Pronovost. MOTION: Moved by Vice Mayor/Commissioner A1 Clark that the Special Invoice Report and Minor Contracts/Amendments Authorization Report be approved to include responses to Commissioner Cook's queries re GrayHarris invoice by the City Manager. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Susan Doerner and carried by voice vote. First Reading of Ordinance 03-1080 Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment, Grindle Property - LPA 02-11 MOTION: Moved by Vice Mayor/Commissioner A1 Clark that Ordinance 03- 1080, Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment for the Grindle Property, be read on first reading by title only. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Susan Doerner and carried by voice vote.
