Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Doerner. Motion carried unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote of the City Commission: <br /> <br /> Commissioner Doemer - Yes; Commissioner Cook ~ Yes; Commissioner Hart - Yes; Vice Mayor <br /> Clark - Yes; Mayor Pronovost - Yes. Motion passed 5 - 0. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Cook moved to direct staff to continue <br />their analysis of the financial impact of retroactivating <br />the revised rates of Ordinance 03-1077 back to October <br />1, 2002 for all affected customers including those with <br />usage below 10,000 gallons. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Doerner. Motion passed 5 - 0. <br /> <br />AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION <br /> <br />Mayor Pronovost asked if there was anyone in the anfflenee that wished to request participation on any <br />agenda item, or address the Commission on any other matter. The following individuals came forward: <br /> <br />1) Mary Poindexter, (did not disclose address), stated she was representing residents of Lake <br />Kathryn Estates and voiced concerns regarding the utility bill due date, because it was <br />causing residents of Lake Kathryn to incur late fees since their bills are due before they <br />receive their monthly social security checks. Mr. Segreto stated staffwould adjust the meter <br />reading route for that area which would place them in a different bill cycle with a due date <br />after the 3a of the month. <br /> <br />2) Dennis Karvonen, 112 Norris Place, thanked Connnissioner Cook for requesting <br />retroactivating the rates for irrigation back to October 1, 2002. <br /> <br />3) Bruce Stram, 510 Sunrise Drive, reiterated his concerns as to the original implementation <br />of Ordinance 02-1050, and the possibility of the City Commission being involved in setting <br />the electric rate structures. <br /> <br />No one else came forward. Mayor Pronovost closed Audience Participation. <br /> <br /> <br />
