Mrs. McPherson called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEAR1NGS <br /> <br />I. SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE 03-1076 - AMENDING CITY CODE TO <br /> <br />ALLOW FOR ADJUSTMENTS TO ACCOUNTS REGARDING NON- <br /> <br />BENEFICIAL WATER RATES <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to read Ordinance 03-1076 <br />by title only. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Hart. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br /> <br />
