SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE 02-1075 - REZONING OF U-HAUL <br /> <br />PROPERTY ON STATE ROAD 436 <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to read Ordinance 02-1075 <br />by title only. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Hart. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 02-1075 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE <br />IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; <br />ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF COMMERCIAL SERVICES (CS) <br />FORTHAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING <br />FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />The Notice of Public Heating relative to Ordinance 02-1075 was published in the Orlando Sentinel on <br />January 3, 2003. Ordinance 02-1075 was passed on first reading on December 9, 2002. <br /> <br />Mr. Wells stated Ordinance 02-1075 provides for an administrative amendment of the zoning classification <br />of property previously annexed via Ordinance 02-1067 from Seminole County C-1 to City of Casselberry <br />CS (commercial services). The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of the amendment <br />by a 4 - 0 vote at its November 13, 2002 meeting. Staff recommended approval of Ordinance 02-1075 on <br />second reading. <br /> <br />Mayor Pronovost asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to speak either for or against <br />Ordinance 02-1075. No one came forward. Mayor Pronovost closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to approve and adopt <br />Ordinance 02-1075 on second and final reading, as <br />presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Doerner. Motion carried unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote of the City Commission: <br /> <br /> Commissioner Doerner - Yes; Commissioner Cook - Yes; Commissioner Hart - Yes; Vice Mayor <br /> Clark - Yes; Mayor Pronovost - Yes.
