Piggyback Agreement with George Gideon Auctioneers Inc. for the Provision of <br />Surplus Property Online Auction Services for the City of Casselberry <br />Introduction: Consideration for approval to piggyback the School District of Osceola County, Florida <br />On -Line Auction Services Agreement with George Gideon Auctioneers, Inc. for the provision of surplus <br />property online auction services is requested. (PBA -2025-1280) <br />Budget Impact: Estimated revenue for the disposition of capital assets has been budgeted for in Surplus <br />Equipment/Furniture Sales accounts 364.41-00 in the General Fund, Equipment Replacement Fund, and <br />Water and Sewer Fund. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Administrative Services Director recommended approval <br />of the agreement with George Gideon Auctioneers, Inc. for the provision of surplus property online auction <br />services for the City of Casselberry. <br />F. Award of Bid and Execution of Agreements for Building Official & Support <br />Services with UES Professional Solutions LLC and PDCS LLC <br />Introduction: Approval of an award of bid and authorization to execute agreements with UES Professional <br />Solutions, LLC and PDCS, LLC for Building Official services is requested. (Ref: RFP -2025-1237) <br />Background: The City utilizes a third -party contractor to provide building official and support services to <br />supplement City staff in the Community Development Department, including plan review and inspection <br />of building construction. On October 14, 2024 the City issued a Request for Proposals for Building Official <br />Services. Six firms submitted proposals. After Phase I reviews of the proposals, interviews and Phase II <br />reviews, the Evaluation Committee recommended awarding the contract to UES Professional Solutions, <br />LLC as the Primary Contractor, with PDCS, LLC selected as the Secondary Contractor. If approved, the <br />agreement will begin on February 24, 2025 and run through February 23, 2028 and may be renewed for up <br />to two additional one-year terms, if deemed beneficial for the City. Services will be provided on an as - <br />needed basis, and the total payment for services under this Agreement shall not exceed $300,000.00 for the <br />entire term. <br />Budget Impact: Sufficient fielding for this service for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2025 is available in <br />FY 25 Building Safety — Other Contractual Services account 4119-0221-524.34-00. Services for future <br />years will require the necessary budget approval. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval <br />of an award of bid and authorization to execute agreements with UES Professional Solutions, LLC and <br />PDCS, LLC for Building Official services. <br />
