Code Enforcement Hearing <br />Minutes, January 16, 2025 <br />Page 3 <br />Violations — City Code 3-10.3.C.3 Site Plan Maintenance Agreement- Migrated Violation Codes <br />City Code 3-13.8.A Commercial Landscape Maintenance — In Compliance, no fine <br />City Code 4-18.2.0 Minor Modifications of Site Plan <br />Staff Presentation: Micelania Acevedo, Code Compliance Supervisor stated that case 24-004076, <br />subsequent case located at 2025 SR 436 was not in compliance with the Special Magistrate order dated <br />November 21, 2024, and the fines of $150.00 and $250.00 per day should be imposed to begin on December <br />23, 2024. The Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to speak about this <br />case. There was no one present. <br />Discussion: There was no further discussion. <br />Special Magistrate Ruling: A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -24-0004076 located <br />at 2025 SR 436, the property was found in violation of City Code 3-10.3.C.3 and City Code 4-18.2.0 and <br />the $150.00 and $250.00 per day fines were imposed and will continue to run until compliance has been <br />achieved. <br />E. CE -24-003767: 221 Colony Drive <br />Violation — City Code 3-10.9.2.a.2 Recreation Equipment Screening Requirements <br />City Code 3-10.3.b.1 Fence in Disrepair <br />Staff Presentation: Micelania Acevedo, Code Compliance Supervisor stated that case 24-003767, <br />subsequent case located at 221 Colony Drive was not in compliance with the Special Magistrate order dated <br />November 21, 2024, and the fines of $75.00 and $75.00 per day should be imposed to begin on December <br />23, 2024. The Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to speak about this <br />case. There was no one present. <br />Discussion: There was no further discussion. <br />Special Magistrate Ruling: A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -24-0003767, <br />located at 221 Colony Drive, the property was found in violation of City Code 3-10.9.2.a.2 and City Code <br />3-10.3.b.Iand the $75.00 and $75.00 per day fines were imposed and will continue to run until compliance <br />has been achieved. <br />NEW CASES <br />F. CE -24-002356: 690 Vallejo Court <br />Violation — City Code 3-10.9.c.l.a Recreational Equipment (Utility trailers, RV, Camper, ATV, <br />ETC) City Code 3-10.9.e.2.c Designated Parking — Blocking Sidewalk <br />Staff Presentation: Micelania Acevedo, Code Compliance Supervisor advised that this case was in <br />compliance. No further action was taken. <br />G. CE -24-0002763: 606 Desoto Drive <br />Violation — City Code 3-10.3,c.6 Carport, Front Porch, or Porte-Cochere Storage <br />City Code 3-10.9.f Unlicensed and/or Inoperable Vehicle(s). <br />
