Summary of Proposed Ordinance (including Ordinance No.) and Statement of Public <br />Purpose to be Served, such as serving the public health, safety, morals, and welfare of the <br />City: <br />Ordinance No. 25-1619 of the City of Casselberry, Florida, proposes an amendment to the <br />Unified Land Development Regulations (ULDR), specifically to Article XVI, "Signs," of <br />Chapter //l, "Performance Criteria." The amendment aims to allow the use of Electronic <br />Message Centers (EMCs) under certain conditions, which were previously prohibited.
