CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA <br />9S Trinlat I aka Drives C accalharry Flnrirla " 77n7 <br />Business Impact Estimate <br />City Commission Meeting Date: Monday, March 24, 2025 <br />Posted to Website: Tuesday, February 18, 2025 <br />This Business Impact Estimate is given as it relates to the proposed ordinance titled: <br />ORDINANCE 25-1619 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, BY ADDING A NEW <br />SECTION RELATING TO ELECTRONIC MESSAGE CENTERS (EMC); AMENDING <br />ARTICLE XVI, "SIGNS" OF CHAPTER III, "PERFORMANCE CRITERIA", PART III, <br />UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE OF ORDINANCES BY AMENDING SECTION 3-16.2, "DEFINITIONS"; <br />SECTION 3-16.3 "ON -PREMISES PERMANENT SIGN REGULATIONS"; SECTION 3- <br />16.6 "RESERVED"; AND SECTION 3-16.8, "PROHIBITED SIGNS" TO ALLOW <br />ELECTRONIC MESSAGE CENTERS UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES; <br />PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />Parts I-IV below are not required to be completed if the ordinance involves any one of the <br />following types of exemptions.
