Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency Minutes <br />March 13, 2024 <br />Page 5 <br />Regulations (ULDR) and is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan as per the written <br />findings in the staff report. <br />Discussion: Members of the Planning and Zoning Commission asked questions of staff. <br />Discussion ensued. <br />Mr. Christopher Schmidt, Community Development Director, addressed the Commission. Ms. <br />Jennifer Nix, Assistant City Attorney, addressed the Commission. Discussion continued. <br />Audience Participation: Chairman Bakalla asked if there was anyone in the audience to speak <br />about this item. No one came forward to speak about this item. <br />MOTION: Mr. Minnis moved that the Planning and Zoning Commission, acting as <br />the City's Local Planning Agency, recommend approval of Case number <br />TA 24-02 to the City Commission based on the staff report and the <br />testimony and evidence presented, that the request meets the applicable <br />provisions of the Unified Land Development Regulations (ULDR) and is <br />consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan as per the written <br />findings in the staff report. Mr. Curran seconded the motion. The motion <br />passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />10. OTHER BUSINESS <br />There was no other business presented. <br />11. CITIZEN COMMENTS <br />There were no Citizen Comments. <br />12.
