Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency Minutes <br />April 10, 2024 <br />Page 7 <br />Public Schools is not required. Following approval of the amendment to the PUD Agreement and Concept <br />Plan, the applicant will submit a site plan review application for the development of the subject property. <br />All future plans to develop the site will be reviewed and shall adhere to the requirements of the City's <br />ULDR, Code of Ordinances, Complete Streets Policy, and the PUD Agreement. <br />Staff recommends that the Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency recommend approval <br />of case number PUD 24-01 to the City Commission, based on the staff report and the testimony and <br />evidence presented, that the request meets the applicable provisions of the ULDR and is consistent with the <br />Comprehensive Plan as per the written findings contained in the staff report. <br />Discussion: Members of the Planning and Zoning Commission asked questions of staff. Chairman Bakalla <br />asked if there was a representative present to speak to this item. Mr. Tim Haskins, 14 Streamview Lane, <br />Wynantskill, New York, came forward and addressed the Commission on behalf of the property owner. <br />Audience Participation: Chainnan Bakalla asked if anyone in the audience could speak about this item. <br />No one came forward to speak about this item. <br />MOTION: Mr. Bryan moved that the Planning and Zoning Commission, acting as the <br />City's Local Planning Agency, recommend approval of case number PUD 24- <br />01 to the City Commission, based on the staff report and the testimony and <br />evidence presented, that the request meets the applicable provisions of the <br />ULDR and is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan as per the written <br />findings in the staff report. Ms. Stanley seconded the motion. The motion <br />passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />9. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />There were no public hearings presented on this agenda. <br />10. CITIZEN COMMENTS <br />There were no Citizen Comments. <br />11. OTHER BUSINESS <br />There was no other business presented. <br />12.
