Code Enforcement Hearing <br />Minutes, November 21, 2024 <br />Page 4 <br />I. CE -24-001728: 1211 Seminola Boulevard <br />Violation - City Code 1-4.3 No Building Permit <br />Staff Presentation: Tyler Hall, Code Compliance Officer gave testimony for case CE -24-001728, located <br />at 1211 Seminola Boulevard. The property was reinspected and found to remain in violation on November <br />18, 2024. The City requested a correction date of December 23, 2024. If there is no compliance by <br />December 23, 2024, then a fine of $200.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non-compliance <br />thereafter. The City requested a subsequent hearing date of January 16, 2025, to determine compliance. <br />There was a representative present to speak about this case. <br />Discussion:. Jorge Morell. 2627 NE 203 Street #220, Aventura, FL had no objections regarding the wall, <br />that was done by a previous tenant. Permits have been applied for. <br />Special Magistrate Ruling: A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -24-001728, located <br />at 1211 Seminola Boulevard and was found in violation of City Code 1-4.3 and if there is no compliance a <br />$200.00 per day fine will be imposed. The Respondent was given until December 23, 2024, to achieve <br />compliance. A subsequent hearing will be held on January 16, 2025, to determine if compliance has been <br />achieved. <br />J. CE -24-0001762: 345 Elm Drive <br />Violation - City Code 2-7.10.c.6 Non-compliant Fences and Walls <br />Staff Presentation: Tyler Hall, Code Compliance Officer gave testimony for case CE -24-001762, located <br />at 345 Elm Drive. The property was reinspected and found to remain in violation on November 18, 2024. <br />The City requested a correction date of December 23, 2024. If there is no compliance by December 23, <br />2024, then a fine of $100.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. <br />The City requested a subsequent hearing date of January 16, 2025, to determine compliance. The property was reinspected and found to remain in violation on <br />November 18, 2024. The City requested a correction date of December 23, 2024. If there is no compliance <br />by December 23, 2024, then a fine of $150.00, $150.00, and $250.00 per day should then be imposed for <br />
