Mayor David Henson - Seat No. 5: • Recently attended the following events and meetings: Holiday Luncheon at the Public Works Complex on November 20"'; Police Department Food Drive at Walmart on November 23'd; Participated in the Santa Run on December 2" d; Chamber of Commerce meeting on December 4"; MetroPlan Orlando Municipal Advisory Committee (MAC) meeting on December 5"'; City Employee Holiday Celebration on December 6"'; Annual Tree Lighting in Lake Concord Park on December 7"'; Special City Commission Meeting on Monday, December 9"' at which the three newly elected officials were sworn in; Tri -County League of Cities Board Meeting on December 10"'; Special Tour of Artist Alberto Gomez -Gomez' mural "A Temporal Panorama of Florida in the City Commission Chambers which was also attended by many friends and community members and several dignitaries from Colombia, Brazil and Spain; Leadership Seminole Holiday Party at the Central Florida Zoo and Botanical Gardens on December l 1"'. Senior Luncheon at the Recreation Center on December 12"' at which lie assisted on the serving line; Tri -County League of Cities meeting at Waste Pro on December 12"' where he had an opportunity to view their garbage truck museum; and the Heroes and Helpers event at Target on December 14"'. • Stated he was looking forward to a relaxing schedule during the remainder of the holidays and wished everyone a Merry Christmas. 18.
