CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of November 18, 2024 — Regular Meeting <br />Page G of 37 <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Budget <br />Amendment #24-060 amending the City of Casselberry FY 2024 Budget. <br />F. Donation from State Law Enforcement Trust Funds to the Central Florida Chapter <br />of Concerns of Police Survivors and Related BudLyet Amendment #25-005 <br />Introduction: Approval of a donation from State Law Enforcement Trust Funds to the Central Florida <br />chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors in the amount of $1,500 and related budget Amendment #25-005 <br />is requested. <br />Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #25-005 will establish the budget for this expenditure. The State <br />Law Enforcement Trust Fund will increase the Aids to Private Organizations account #104-0610-521.82- <br />00 and the Other Non -Operating sources account #104-0610-389.90-00 by $1,500. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval of the donation to the <br />Central Florida Chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors in the amount of $1,500 and related Budget <br />Amendment #25-005. <br />G. Piggyback Agreement with SAK Construction LLC for Rehabilitation of Gravity <br />Sewer, Pipelines and Conduits <br />Introduction: Consideration for approval to piggyback City of Port St. Lucie Contract #20180197 with <br />SAK Construction LLC for Rehabilitation of Gravity Sewer, Pipelines and Conduits in an amount not to <br />exceed a total of $1,000,000 is requested. (Ref: PBA -2025-1257) <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the FY25 Budget at this time. However, prior to the issuance of <br />task authorizations, the availability of finds will be confirmed. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Utilities Director recommended approval to piggyback an <br />agreement with SAK Construction for Rehabilitation of Gravity Sewer, Pipelines and Conduits on an as - <br />needed basis for an amount not to exceed $1,000,000 for the term beginning November 18, 2024 through <br />December 31, 2025. City Commission approval further delegates through the established Purchasing Policy <br />to the City Manager the authority to approve Task Authorizations within the scope of the Agreement. <br />REMOVED FROM CONSENT AGENDA FOR SEPARATE DISCUSSION AND <br />CONSIDERATION (See 7710ti077 on Page 7 of these 117i7lutes.) <br />
