CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION Minutes of November 18, 2024 — Regular Meeting Page G of 37 Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Budget Amendment #24-060 amending the City of Casselberry FY 2024 Budget. F. Donation from State Law Enforcement Trust Funds to the Central Florida Chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors and Related BudLyet Amendment #25-005 Introduction: Approval of a donation from State Law Enforcement Trust Funds to the Central Florida chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors in the amount of $1,500 and related budget Amendment #25-005 is requested. Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #25-005 will establish the budget for this expenditure. The State Law Enforcement Trust Fund will increase the Aids to Private Organizations account #104-0610-521.82- 00 and the Other Non -Operating sources account #104-0610-389.90-00 by $1,500. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval of the donation to the Central Florida Chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors in the amount of $1,500 and related Budget Amendment #25-005. G. Piggyback Agreement with SAK Construction LLC for Rehabilitation of Gravity Sewer, Pipelines and Conduits Introduction: Consideration for approval to piggyback City of Port St. Lucie Contract #20180197 with SAK Construction LLC for Rehabilitation of Gravity Sewer, Pipelines and Conduits in an amount not to exceed a total of $1,000,000 is requested. (Ref: PBA -2025-1257) Budget Impact: There is no impact to the FY25 Budget at this time. However, prior to the issuance of task authorizations, the availability of finds will be confirmed. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Utilities Director recommended approval to piggyback an agreement with SAK Construction for Rehabilitation of Gravity Sewer, Pipelines and Conduits on an as - needed basis for an amount not to exceed $1,000,000 for the term beginning November 18, 2024 through December 31, 2025. City Commission approval further delegates through the established Purchasing Policy to the City Manager the authority to approve Task Authorizations within the scope of the Agreement.
