Funds for the Code Enforcement special Magistrate's invoice are available in FY 2025 Budget Account No. 001-0140-51.4.31-03. Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the legal services invoices as submitted. B. Resolution 24-3471 — FY 2024 Fourth Ouarter Budget Amendments and Transfers "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2023 AND ENDING SPETEMBER 30,2024; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Approval of Resolution 24-3471 to formally adopt budget amendments and budget transfers approved during the fourth quarter of FY 2024 is requested. Budget impact: The Fourth Quarter Budget Amendments spreadsheet details changes to the budget as a result of budget amendments adopted by the City Commission at various meetings during the fourth quarter of Fiscal Year 2024. The Fourth Quarter Budget Transfers spreadsheet details changes made to the budget within each department as approved by the City Manager. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 24- 3471. C. Resolution 24-3472 — Change Order #23 with Wharton -Smith, Inc. for the Wirz Park Improvements Project and Related Budget Amendment #25-006 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER #23 TO ADD ADDITIONAL CONTINGENCY FUNDING UP TO $180,000 AND AUTHORIZE ITS USE WITH WHARTON-SMITH, INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE WIRZ PARK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 24-3472 provides for approval of Change Order #23 with Wharton -Smith, Inc. to add additional contingency for the Wirz Park Improvements Project and authorize the City Manager to execute change orders up to a total amount not to exceed $180,000, with funding provided by related Budget Amendment #25-006.
