Mr. Kirk nominated Chairman Bakalla; <br />there were no other nominations, and Chairman Bakalla accepted. The nomination was seconded <br />by Mr. Bryan and passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Chairman Bakalla asked for nominations for Vice -Chairman. Site Plan Applications <br />No site plan applications were presented on this agenda. <br />9. Future Land Use Map and Zoning Map Amendments <br />A. FLU 24-02: An Ordinance to Amend the Future Land Use Map Designation for 1550 <br />S.R. 436. <br />Staff presentation: Matthew Linder, Planner I, presented case number FLU 24-02, a proposal to <br />change a Future Land Use Map (FLUM) designation on a recently annexed property located at <br />1550 S.R. 436. The subject property sits adjacent to commercial property to the north, east, and <br />west. To the south of the subject property is a multifamily apartment complex located in <br />unincorporated Seminole County. The surrounding properties to the north and east are already <br />designated Major Thoroughfare Mixed -Use (MTMU) per the City's Comprehensive Plan. The <br />current uses are to remain unchanged until the property is redeveloped, and as such, no physical <br />changes will take place on the property until the City receives a site plan application sometime in <br />the future. <br />
