All of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed, or the conditional use <br />shall become null and void. <br />Discussion: Commission discussion ensued, and Chairman Bakalla asked if the applicant would <br />come forward, the applicant was present and came forward. The applicant, Carolina Cruz, <br />addressed the Commission. <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address this item. <br />MOTION: Mr. Minnis moved to approve CU 23-09, Conditional use request at 141 <br />Sunnytown Road based upon the staff report and the testimony and <br />evidence presented, that the request meets the applicable provisions of <br />the City Code of Ordinances and the Unified Land Development <br />Regulations (ULDR) and is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan as <br />per the written findings contained within the staff report, subject to the <br />conditions 1-8 as presented. Motion was seconded by Mr. Curran. The <br />motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />6. Site Plan Application <br />No items were presented on this agenda. <br />7.
