BEDOYA AND YOLANDA L. BEDOYA, JOSEPH C. FIORICA <br />AND MICHAEL W. MORRIS AND MARY C. MORRIS (TRUSTEES), RANDALL <br />MANNING AND KARINA MANNING, AND DENNIS R. MARKS; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 08-1960 provides for acceptance of four required drainage easements for the Gee <br />Creek Lane Erosion Control Project, an NRCS funded project resulting from Tropical Storm Fay. <br />Budget Impact: Acceptance of the four separate drainage easement instruments will have a minor budget <br />impact of $120.00 for recordation fees. Resolution 08-1972 - Local A enc Pro ram Agreement with the Florida Department <br />of Transportation for Design gf the Wirz„Trail Phase /Kewannee Trail Connector <br />and Related Budget Amendment #09-012 <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LOCAL AGENCY PROGRAM AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR FUNDING OF <br />THE DESIGN OF THE WIRZ TRAIL PHASE I (KEWANNEE TRAIL CONNECTOR); <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE.” <br />Introduction: Resolution 08-1972 provides for approval to enter into a Local Agency Program Agreement <br />with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for funding the design services for the Wirz Trail <br />Phase I/Kewannee Trail Connector. The associated Budget Amendment BA 409-012 creates a new account <br />for bike trail construction costs. <br />Budget Impact: The impact to the budget would be an increase fo $250,000 to Account No. 304-0000- <br />
