Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Hart. Motion carried unanimously by <br />voice vote. <br />3. MODIFICATION TO JANUARY 1 2001 PAY ADJUSTMENTS FOR NON - <br />BARGAINING UNITS <br />BTR #01-038: <br />INCREASE Acct. #xxx-xxxx-xxx-xxx $30,000.00 <br />(Various Salary & Employee Benefit Accounts) <br />DECREASE Acct. #001-0190-519-58.00 $25,500.00 <br />(Contingency Reserve) <br />DECREASE Acct. #401-0190-536-58.00 $ 4,500.00 <br />(Contingency Reserve) <br />Ms. Vivo requested a 1.5% salary adjustment retroactive to January 1, 2001 for the remainder of the non - <br />bargaining employees who only received a 3% increase in January as identified and outlined in her inter -office <br />memorandum to Mr. Schluckebier dated March 6,200 1. Estimated cost for the adjustments for the remainder <br />of the fiscal year is $30,000. Related budget transfer #01-038 was also presented for approval. (A copy of <br />Ms. Vivo's March 6, 2001 inter -office memorandum to Mr. Schluckebier is attached to and made <br />a part of these minutes.) <br />MOTION: Commissioner Clark moved to approve the 1.5% <br />salary adjustment retroactive to January 1, 2001 for <br />the remainder of the non -bargaining unit employees <br />who only received a 3% increase in January, as <br />outlined in Ms. Vivo's March 6, 2001 inter -office <br />memorandum to Mr. Schluckebier; and to approve <br />related budget transfer #01-038 as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Henson. <br />Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />Mr. Schluckebier noted that City Commission members were given a 3% increase in January and therefore <br />in accordance with established policy, would also be receiving the additional 1.5% retroactive increase. <br />
