Code Enforcement Hearing <br />Minutes, August 15, 2024 <br />Page 1 <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING <br />AUGUST 15, 2024 <br />The city held its regular Code Enforcement hearing Thursday, August 15, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., in the City of <br />Casselberry Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Mr. Michael D. <br />Tempkins, Special Magistrate, called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />SPECIAL MAGISTRATE <br />Michael D. Tempkins <br />CITY STAFF PRESENT <br />Jennifer Nix, Assistant City Attorney <br />Christopher Schmidt, Community Development Director <br />Tyler Hall, Code Compliance Officer <br />Brenda Cutlip, Recording Secretary <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />The Special Magistrate called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />The Special Magistrate led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />3. FORMATE FOR PROCCEDINGS <br />The Special Magistrate read the Format for Proceedings. <br />4. SWEARING IN OF THOSE WHO WILL TESTIFY <br />The Special Magistrate swore in those who would testify. <br />5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Special Magistrate asked if anyone present had any additions or corrections to the Minutes from the <br />July 18, 2024, hearing; there were none. The Special Magistrate approved the Minutes from the July 18, <br />2024, hearing. <br />6. STATEMENT OF EVIDENCE <br />Tyler Hall, Code Compliance Officer advised that all events occurred within the corporate limits of the City <br />of Casselberry. The Officers notes, case narratives, testimony, photographs, supporting documents and <br />PowerPoint presentation were all entered as part of the official record. <br />
