CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD <br />The City of Casselberry Parks and Recreation Advisory Board held a regular meeting on Tuesday, <br />January 10, 2023, at 6:30 p.m., Casselberry City Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br />1. Call to Order <br />Board Chair Katy Farmer called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br />Board Chair Katy Farmer led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />3. Roll Call <br />Board Members Present: <br />Katy Farmer, Chair <br />Dia Nordstrom <br />Nick Santiago <br />Board Members Absent: <br />Buffy Werle <br />LeAnn Nash <br />Staff Members Present: <br />Kelly Brock, Public Works and Utilities Director <br />Linda Moore, Recreation Manager <br />Cindy Guiles, Recording Secretary <br />4. Approval of Minutes — November 8, 2022 <br />Board Member Nick Santiago moved to approve the minutes of the November 8, 2022, <br />meeting as presented. Motion was seconded by Board Member Dia Nordstrom. Motion <br />carried unanimously by voice vote 3-0. <br />5. Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Grant for Dew Drop Park <br />Kelly Brock, Public Works and Utilities Director, presented the Land and Water Conservation <br />Fund (LWCF) Grant for Dew Drop Park. Dr. Brock shared that Dew Drop Park was the fifth <br />highest priority as part of the parks bond project out of the six parks. The cost estimate for the <br />
