Divita, Commissioner — Seat No. 2 <br />Mark Busch, Commissioner — Seat No. 3 <br />ELECTED OFFICIALS ABSENT: <br />Chad Albritton, Commissioner — Seat No. 4 <br />STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />Randy Newlon, City Manager <br />Catherine D.
