Code Enforcement Hearing <br />Minutes, March 21, 2024 <br />Page 3 <br />Special Magistrate Ruling: A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -23-000130, located <br />at 2639 Cayman Way based on Code Enforcement Officer testimony the Respondent did not comply by the <br />Order imposed on January 18, 2024. It was ordered that the respondent(s) bay the City of Casselberry a fine <br />in the amount of $ 100.00 per day for each day the violation exists, plus any preparation and administrative <br />fees, for each day the violation continues to exist after March 18, 2024._If the Respondent brings the <br />property into compliance, the burden shall rest upon the Respondent(s) to immediately notify the Code <br />Enforcement Officer. <br />CE -23-000484: New Case at 640 Diane Circle Violation — City Code 1-4.3.a No Building Permit. <br />Staff Presentation: Micelania Acevedo Code Compliance Supervisor gave testimony for case CE -23- <br />000484, located at 640 Diane Circle. The property was reinspected and found to remain in violation on <br />March 18, 2024. The City requested a correction date of May 16, 2024. If there is no compliance by May <br />16, 2024, then a fine of $150.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. <br />The City requested a subsequent hearing date of May 16, 2024, to determine compliance. The Special <br />Magistrate asked if there was anyone present to speak about this case.
