Various operating and/or capital accounts in other City Departments/Divisions may be used for future task authorizations under this contract, subject to available budgets. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works & Utilities Director recommended approval of Amendment No. 2 with Stantee Consulting Services Inc. in order to extend the term and update rates to provide continuing professional services for surveying, geographic information system, and infrastructure asset management on a task authorization basis. F. Donation from State Law Enforcement Trust Funds to Kids House Wayne Densch Children's Advocacy Center and Related Budget Amendment #24-033 Introduction: Approval to donate from State Law Enforcement Trust Funds to the Kids House, Wayne Densch Children's Advocacy Center in the amount of $2,500 and approval of related Budget Amendment #24-033 is requested. Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #24-033 will establish the budget for this expenditure. The State Law Enforcement Trust Fund will increase the Aids to Private Organizations account #104-0610-521.82- 00 and the Other Non -Operating Sources account # 104-0610-389.90-00 by $2,500. BA #24-033 Explanation of Request: This budget amendment seeks City Commission approval to donate $2,500 for the Kids House Gala from the State Law Enforcement Trust Fund. Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #24-030 will establish the budget for this expenditure. The State Law Enforcement Trust Fund will increase the Aids to Private Organizations account #104-0610-521.82- 00 and the OtherNon-OperatingSources account #104-0610-389.90-00 by $1,500.
